Job Description:

  • Responsible for implementing and completing assigned sales targets
  • Ensure sales at the store in charge and allocate sales targets to employees
  • Fully, correctly and promptly implement promotional programs to consumers
  • Comply with checking the hygiene of shelves, refrigerators, and coolers to ensure food hygiene and safety
  • Order, check compliance with product expiry dates, inventory of near-expiry goods, inventory, damaged goods and report daily to management
  • Customer care and development of potential customers
  • Report work results to superiors and other assigned tasks

Working hours:

  • Working during office hours
  • 1 day off per week
  • Rotate shifts when necessary

Candidate requirements:

  • Male, Female; 25-35 years old
  • College graduate or higher
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience as Store Manager/Deputy Store Manager/Store Assistant in supermarkets, retail chains, F&B or managing DMX, TGDD
  • Experience in team management is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Detailed, good communication skills, persuasive to customers, customer service oriented

Income & Benefits:

  • Income: From 12 – 16 million (depending on ability)
  • 1-month probation, receive 100% salary.
