Job Description:

  • Receive training on skincare treatments from basic to advanced using modern technological equipment.

  • Provide services including hair washing (basic), neck-shoulder massage, body treatments combined with skincare, handcare, hair removal, and nails.

  • Perform customer care treatment sessions.

  • Introduce and consult customers on available treatment packages.

Working Hours:

  • Rotating shifts

    • Morning: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

    • Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    • Split shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, flexible depending on location

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female, 18 years old or above, high school graduate.

  • Experience in hair washing, massage, or basic nails (experience in one area is sufficient).

  • Experience in sales or customer consultation is an advantage.

  • Well-proportioned appearance, good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: 7 million VND + commission + allowances + tour benefits.

  • Total income: 9 – 17 million VND.

  • Commission: discussed directly during interview with customers.

  • Seniority bonus: 3 million VND, paid in the 7th month of work (one-time payment).

  • Full uniform provided.

  • Probation period: 2 months with 100% salary; after probation, social insurance will be provided.

  • Free professional training provided.
