Job Description:

  • Make calls based on available data to advise & introduce promotions, product prices to potential customers.
  • Find out customer needs, provide the best solutions to support customers on products, services and prices.
  • Make orders and track the delivery status of orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers during and after delivery.
  • Support customers via Call, Chat and Email channels.
  • Do not go to the market, do not look for new customers, available customer files such as Restaurants, Eateries, Retail/Wholesale stores.

Working location:

  • Sohobiz Building, 38 Huynh Lan Khanh, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working hours:

  • Office hours, 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday). Saturday from 8:30 – 12:30. Fixed day off: Sunday.

Candidate requirements:

  • High school graduate or higher (still holding the certificate).
  • At least 6 months of experience in positions such as consulting, telesales, customer care, switchboard operator.
  • Good communication skills, ability to advise and persuade customers.
  • Basic office computer operations.
  • Only accept candidates from 1992 onwards.

Income & Benefits:

  • Income: 8,000,000 – 11,600,000 VND/month (fixed salary: 7,100,000 VND/month).
  • Probationary period: 85% of basic salary, 100% allowance, and performance bonus (KPI bonus) is calculated and paid for each month of work, including during the probationary period.
