Job Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate quality control activities within the company.

  • Maintain and improve the factory’s quality management system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to implement and promote quality improvement initiatives.

  • Address and resolve quality issues arising internally or from customers.

  • Monitor and control various quality reports, including internal quality reports, customer quality reports, claims, and customer-reported defects.

  • Oversee ISO 9001:2015, ISO 12435 assessments, and customer audits.

  • Train quality management staff on error analysis and defect reporting.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Work Location:
Dai An Industrial Zone, Lai Cach Town, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering.

  • At least 2 years of QA management experience in electronic PCB assembly.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong team leadership and supervision skills to achieve departmental and company objectives.

  • Good collaboration and communication skills across departments.

  • Japanese language skills are a plus.
