Health Care Package Consultant

Job Description:

• Receive a list of available customers from the Company.
• Make outgoing calls according to the Company’s script: consult, answer and persuade customers to use the Health Care Package product.
• Update and report daily work to the system.

Working location:

• 10th Floor, Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
• VTC Online Building – 18 Tam Trinh, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

Working hours:

• Office hours, 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Saturday). Fixed day off: Sunday.

Applicant requirements:

• Age: 18 – 30 (only accept candidates born in 1994, 1995, 1996…)
• Graduated (still holding a degree).
• No experience required. Will be trained on the job.
• Love Insurance consulting work: priority given to those with experience in sales consulting, customer service, telesales, … and related jobs.
• Good communication skills, fluent

Income & Benefits:

• Income: 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month (fixed salary: 7,000,000 VND/month).
• Including: 5,750,000 LCB + 1,250,000 Allowances
• Probationary period: 85% of basic salary, 100% allowance, performance bonus (KPI bonus) is calculated and paid for each month of work, including during the probationary period.
