Customer Care Representative (Fixed Shift)
Job Description:
- Direct Hotline/receive information from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on e-commerce platforms via Voice channel.
- Update information to the system.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Working location:
- Flemington Building, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working hours:
- Fixed shift: 11:00 – 20:00. 2 days off per week (no weekends)
- Applicant requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), required degree: N2 or equivalent Japanese certificate
- High school graduate or higher.
- Experience in customer care is an advantage.
- Clear, easy-to-hear voice.
Income & Benefits
Income: 22,000,000 – 23,200,000 VND/month.
Including:
- Basic salary: 21,500,000 VND.
- Meal allowance: 500,000 VND.
- KPI bonus: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month.
