Job Description:

  • Coordinate with the Japanese manager to support startup clients from a technical perspective.
  • Understand the purpose and context of the functional requirement document (FRD) from the Japanese side, then accurately communicate to the development team in Vietnam.
  • Coordinate with Tech Lead, QC, and Creative Leader to analyze and break down tasks on Jira, and plan progress
  • Actively manage daily progress, identify issues and risks early, and take action to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the QC team to review test scenarios and confirm final test results, ensuring product quality.

Work Location:

  • Office: 3rd Floor The Hub, 195/10E, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Time:

  • Working Form: Hybrid (3 days in-office + 2 days remote)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a BrSE in web application development projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Japanese company clients.
  • At least 2 years of development experience with a programming language.
  • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology (from 2 projects or more).
  • Have worked as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Experience developing matching websites or e-commerce sites (EC sites).
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as AWS, React, Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, and able to adapt to the fast-paced growth of a startup.
