Telesales Team Leader – Nutrition Milk Products

Job Description:

• Manage and be responsible for team work by day, week and month
• Ensure team KPI index by hour and day (Check KPI by hour to grasp and support the team in time)
• Promote efficiency in achieving Sales target
• Support and guide team members when there are difficult situations/calls
• Make reports on team activities, daily work and provide necessary support
• Record feedback from the team when customers reflect on products, gifts, transportation, etc.
• Do some tasks from Management

Working location:

• 12A Nui Thanh, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours:

• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, off Sunday
• Candidate requirements:
• Graduated from College or higher. Born in 1985 or later
• Have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions such as telemarketing team leader/supervisor, telesales team leader/supervisor.
• Have experience leading a team of at least 10 employees
• Have experience in team management, training and supporting team members
• Have experience in making reports, planning work
• Not afraid of difficulties in work

Income & Benefits:

• Income 15,000,000-17,000,000 VND
• Total income from 24,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND
