Job Description:

  • Contact and communicate with customers from the company-provided database to offer and consult on milk products for parents.
  • Provide customer care and address their inquiries.
  • Gather additional customer information to increase sales.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.

Workplace:

  • The Orbital Building, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12.

Working Hours:

  • Administrative hours from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break and a 1-2 hour daily coaching session).
  • Overtime of 30 minutes to 1 hour per day may be required if daily KPIs are not met.
  • Note: This overtime is unpaid and is considered a responsibility to meet the daily KPI.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Age: 18 – 40 years old.
  • Education: At least junior high school or high school graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum experience in sales, consulting, telesales, customer care, call center, or business is required. Candidates without experience must be quick-witted, have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for earning money and consulting.
  • Skills: Quick, good at communication, disciplined, and able to work under high pressure.
  • Voice: Clear, fluent, confident, and easy to listen to. No stuttering, lisping, or strong regional accents.
  • Attitude: Hardworking, resilient, and willing to work under pressure. Must be eager to earn money and not be afraid of a job with KPIs/targets.

Salary & Benefits:

   SALARY:  9,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND/month.

Inside:

  • Fixed Salary: 6,750,000 – 7,000,000 VND, which is stable and non-deductible.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 28,000,000 VND.
  • During the 2-month probation period, you will receive 100% of your fixed salary and any commissions earned. Salary is calculated from the first day of training.
