Job Description:

  • Advise and introduce electronic, home appliance, and refrigeration products directly to customers at stores or electronics supermarkets.

  • Assist customers in choosing suitable products and answer their inquiries.

  • Display products according to standards, ensuring brand image.

  • Suggest promotional programs to increase sales.

  • Report daily sales performance to management.

Working Hours:

  • Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 1-hour break between shifts.

  • Maximum 48 hours per week.

Work Locations:

  • Bắc Giang, Bắc Ninh, Hà Nam, Hà Nội, Hà Tĩnh, Hải Dương, Hải Phòng, Nam Định, Nghệ An, Ninh Bình.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Male/Female, 19 – 29 years old.

  • High school graduate or higher.

  • Pleasant appearance, good communication skills, customer service oriented.

  • Preferred: Candidates with sales experience in electronics retail chains such as Điện máy Xanh, MediaMart, Nguyễn Kim, Pico, HC, etc.

  • Dynamic, enthusiastic about consulting and sales.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Income: 8 – 12 million VND/month (Base salary + Allowances + KPI).

  • Probation: 2 months with 100% salary.
