SMT Department Manager
Job Description:

Responsible for managing production activities, ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

Receive company and senior management requests and implement them within the department.

Set departmental goals based on company objectives, policies, and department requirements.

Manage departmental KPIs and quality, and resolve arising issues within the department.

Plan and monitor the department’s production activities.
-
Improve departmental operations and develop/train subordinate staff.
-
Ensure compliance with company and departmental regulations and procedures to maintain quality and workplace safety.
Work Location:
Dai An Industrial Park, Lai Cach Town, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province
Requirements:

University degree in Electronics or related technical fields.

At least 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role.

Knowledge of SMT production lines, especially Fuji equipment.

Strong leadership and management skills with good teamwork ability.

Understanding of quality and safety standards in electronics manufacturing.
-
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficient in reporting and presentation skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
-
Japanese language skills are an advantage.

Preference given to candidates residing in Hai Duong.
