Responsibilities:

  • Review documents, verify products, and whitelist product categories for sellers before they are listed on the platform.

  • Monitor transactions and identify potential violations or fraudulent activities based on given guidelines.

  • Handle, clarify, and support issues related to platform policies and seller violation points.

  • Review and resolve complaints from both sellers and buyers, including cases involving product removal or temporary account suspension.

  • Investigate reports, appeals, and complaints from internal departments by checking related products, orders, or sellers.

  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time (SLA, AHT) and meet quality standards.

Work Location:
Saigon Centre – Tower 2, 67 Le Loi Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)

Requirements:

  • College degree or higher.

  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) — equivalent to level B1 or above.

  • Available for full-time work (no study schedule conflicts).

  • At least 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance control, or data analysis in the e-commerce industry.

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on regulations and provided data.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web browsers.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 12,000,000 – 13,500,000 VND per month
