Candidates without experience must be quick-witted, have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for earning money and consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Skills: Quick, good at communication, disciplined, and able to work under high pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Voice: Clear, fluent, confident, and easy to listen to. No stuttering, lisping, or strong regional accents.<\/li>\n<li>Attitude: Hardworking, resilient, and willing to work under pressure. Must be eager to earn money and not be afraid of a job with KPIs\/targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Salary &amp; Benefits:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0SALARY:\u00a0 9,000,000 &#8211; 30,000,000 VND\/month.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inside:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed Salary: 6,750,000 &#8211; 7,000,000 VND, which is stable and non-deductible.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Bonus: Up to 28,000,000 VND.<\/li>\n<li>During the 2-month probation period, you will receive 100% of your fixed salary and any commissions earned.
